We're so happy that you're interested in our Reconnections program! We try to keep the application process as straightforward as possible; there are just 4 steps to get started!

Get Started

1. Program Tour

Come see us in action! Contact us to set-up a time that is convenient for you, and we'll show you around the program in your preferred location. We invite both the potential participant and family member to come; or can set-up an additional meet and greet with the potential participant if needed.

2. Application

Complete the Application Form for your preferred location. Please ensure you complete all items and submit the application fee. 3. Trial Day

This step is optional, but we are happy to set-up a free trial day before enrollment. This helps everyone determine if the program will be a good fit! Once we receive your application, we're happy to pick a trial day if you'd like to check out the program in action!

4. Pick a Start Date!

Once we've determined the program is a good fit for everyone, you can complete and submit your contract. Paperwork is short, but we do confirm program attendance days, and ask for basic information about the participant's interests and preferences, so we can plan our upcoming programs accordingly. Once your paperwork is complete, you're ready to come have fun in the program!
