In Memory of a Loved One 

When a loved one has passed away, you may choose to have family and friends make a donation to Insight rather than sending flowers. Insight will send a personal thank you to each donor and send the designated family member a list of donors and their addresses. 
 

For inclusion in the obituary or memorial notices, here is some recommended language to use:  

In lieu of flowers, a donation to Insight Memory Care Center would be appreciated. You can send your donation by mail to Insight Memory Care Center 3953 Pender Drive, Suite 100, Fairfax, VA 22030 or make an online donation at www.insightmcc.org/donate. Please note that the donation is in memory of ______ . 

Please let us know the name and contact information for the family member who should receive notification of any donations received at Insight in memory of your loved one.  

If you’d like to send personal thank you notes, we have Insight notecards we can make available to you.  

In Honor of a Loved One 

Is a loved one’s birthday coming up and you just don’t know what to get them? Make a donation in their honor to Insight. The gift that gives twice! Insight will send you an acknowledgement letter and send a letter to the honored loved one letting them know a gift has been made in their honor. Insight can also create a personalized card for you to give to a loved one.
